Large carrycot
MOOV 2 takes care of babies from their birth: it has a large, comfortable carrycot that even larger children can fit in. In addition, it is equipped with a soft insert – your child will be comfortable throughout the walk, whether he or she is napping or exploring the world around.
TRAVEL SYSTEM
MOOV 2 is a pushchair that makes parenting easy – that’s why it comes with adapters and a MINK PRO i-Size safety seat that can be clipped into the pushchair frame to create a TRAVEL SYSTEM. Has your toddler fallen asleep in the car? No worries: take the car seat out of the car and clip it into the frame of the pushchair so you can walk into the house or go shopping without waking the baby.
Cancellation Policy
At Heathrow Baby Gear, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness for both our customers and our Quality Providers.
Standard Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a partial refund or credit, depending on the circumstances and preparation already completed.
Once items have been delivered or are en route, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Early Returns
If you choose to return your rental items before the end of your rental period, we are unable to offer a refund for unused days.
No-Shows
If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer being unavailable at the agreed-upon time and location, the order may be considered a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
Changes to Your Booking
We’re happy to accommodate reasonable changes to your booking (such as delivery times or item substitutions) whenever possible. Please contact us as soon as possible to make adjustments.
Updates to This Policy
Heathrow Baby Gear may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your order will be the one in effect at the time your booking was placed.
